How do I start my course? Once purchased your course is located in your Learning Centre on our website. Please log in using the same email address that you used when you purchased your course.

These yoga classes provide you with the expertise and skills required to become competent and confident yoga teachers. We begin with an overview of the origin and history of yoga. We then explore the philosophy of yoga and discuss the benefits of regular practice and the role of yoga in the modern world bey a health and fitness and mindfulness practice.

After yoga, the group will move to the lobby where there will be an ense project that allows kids to continue the practice of self-expression and mindfulness through artistic creation. They leave class with something they’ve hand crafted. Art projects planned include magic wands and potions, dream catchers, mala necklaces and a multi-media tree pose canvas.

All Alison courses are free to enrol study and complete. To successfully complete this course and become an Alison Graduate, you need to achieve 80% or higher in each course assessment.

This beginner friendly class featuring somatic movement , blends Power Yoga and Flow Yoga in a format that will also challenge the more experienced practitioner. We will strengthen our mind, body and the connection between the two using our breath.

These sessions are particularly suitable for people recovering from, or living with an injury or illness, but also for those who want to improve their practice in a specific area.
